I was born and raised in Williamsburg, love my Country, my Community and proud of what the Maxfit Team, members and I have built over the last 15 years!

I am a former NPC competitor - eaten my fair share of chicken, rice and asparagus :) - but more importantly, I am the proud mother of two amazing daughters, whom help make MaxFit the best local gym in Williamsburg.
